We, maut1 GmbH, are a young start-up that is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for reinforcement. Founded in December 2020, we have since moved into our offices in Stellwerk18, the digital start-up centre in Rosenheim, and will move into our own office in Rosenheim in spring 2025.
We rent electronic toll collection devices to private and business customers via our website www.maut1.de. We are the first German provider to offer a device that can be used in several countries.

Your tasks:
- Carrying out the accounts receivable payment run and sending the corresponding information via our ERP system
- Checking errors in the payment run
- Informing customers in the event of direct debit problems
- Processing and posting of returned direct debits
- Organisation and implementation of dunning runs
- Help and advice for our customers via our ticket system
- Processing of insolvency cases
Prerequisites
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or have comparable qualifications
- Good written expression
- Written English language skills
- Independent way of working
