We, maut1 GmbH, are a young start-up that continues to grow rapidly and is therefore looking for reinforcement. Founded in December 2020, we have continued to expand our business at Stellwerk18, the digital start-up centre in Rosenheim, and were able to move into our own office in Rosenheim in spring 2025.
We rent electronic toll collection devices to private and business customers via our website www.maut1.de. We are the first German provider to offer a device that can be used in several countries.

Your tasks:
- Management and maintenance of employment contracts and personnel-related documents
- Participation in payroll accounting in cooperation with our tax consultant
- Organisation and implementation of team events to promote team spirit and corporate culture
- Management of all HR processes in the supervised area (personnel recruitment, HR planning, staff departures, etc.))
- Planning and implementation of the onboarding process for new employees
- Planning staff appraisals
- Counselling and support for employees in personnel-related matters
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments to further develop the HR strategy
- Introduction and support of a digital HR platform to optimise HR processes
Prerequisites
Your profile:
- Completed studies specialising in personnel management or comparable training
- Experience in human resources, ideally with knowledge of contract management and HR software
- Strong organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with digital HR tools
