We, maut1 GmbH, are a young start-up that is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for reinforcement. Founded in December 2020, we have since moved into our business premises in Stellwerk18, the digital start-up centre in Rosenheim. We rent electronic toll collection devices to private and business customers via our website www.maut1.de. We are the first German provider to offer a device that can be used in several countries. Your tasks:
- Packing and dispatching our goods at your desk workstation
- Organisation and purchase of the necessary materials, e.g. shipping materials, toll boxes, technical equipment for shipping
- Ensuring that day-to-day business runs smoothly
- Coordinating workflows and processes with other departments
- Continuous improvement of processes within the department
Prerequisites
Your profile:
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and communication skills
- Diligence, reliability and forward thinking
- Good time management and resilience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
