We, maut1 GmbH, are a young start-up that is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for reinforcement. Founded in December 2020, we have since moved into our offices in Stellwerk18, the digital start-up centre in Rosenheim, and will move into our own office in Rosenheim in spring 2025.
We rent electronic toll collection devices to private and business customers via our website www.maut1.de. We are the first German provider to offer a device that can be used in several countries.

Your tasks:
- Handling of customer calls
- Customer support for all questions and comments that arise
- Complaints and claims management
- Processing incoming customer e-mails via a ticket system
- Case processing in close cooperation with accounting and logistics department
- Continuous improvement of processes within the department
Prerequisites
Your profile:
- Preferably completed commercial training
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Good time management and resilience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and communication skills
- Diligence, detail-orientation and forward thinking
